Opening the log

Omni-Core is a multi-sensor detector for paranormal investigation whose job is to rule out natural causes. Home →
This log starts before the build. There is not a single part on the bench yet — only a specification I consider finished, a four-phase plan, and the decision to tell the whole thing as it happens.
Where the project stands
- Specification v2 frozen on August 19, 2026: five sensors, a Jetson Orin Nano, a Correlator that cross-checks signals to rule out natural causes, and an A.R.V.A. pipeline that transcribes last. Details on The device and The method.
- Next step: order every component. It is the first milestone of the roadmap, and it is not reached yet.
- What blocks everything else: phase 1. Until the device correctly classifies three bench scenarios nine times out of ten, nothing else gets built.
Why publish now
Because a log that starts at the first success is not a log. Bench failures, components that do not do what the datasheet promised, thresholds that will need rework — all of that comes before the nice screenshots, and it is exactly what I want to document.
An entry will appear when something real happens. No schedule.
